Fishing the flats of Oahu is challenging but very rewarding. We have some of the largest bonefish in the world including numerous IGFA records being caught in Hawai'i. The state has two species of bonefish: the roundjaw, and the sharpjaw which is native to Hawai'i and cannot be found any where else in the world.
Jake was born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. Ever since he could walk, he's had a fishing rod in his hand. Jake moved to Hawai'i in 2010 to pursue a career in building surfboards, and shortly after that he found out about the world class bonefish. The very next day he began pursuing the elusive Hawaiian bonefish and instantly fell in love. Jake says, "Out of all the fishing I’ve done, sight fishing for bonefish in Hawai'i is my favorite." Combining both of his passions of hunting and fishing into the ultimate light tackle experience. Jake is dedicated to providing unforgettable experiences and memories that will last a lifetime!
